Fulton offers shipping within the United States via USPS with a processing time of 7-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving the order confirmation email. Orders above $60 are eligible for free shipping, while orders below $60 are charged at cost ($4). For international shipping, Fulton ships to 200+ countries and territories through a streamlined, transparent ordering experience. The final price includes all duties, tariffs, taxes, and shipping fees associated with getting the insoles from the US to the customer's doorstep. However, note that for all international shipments, exchanges or returns are not possible.

Fulton offers a 90-day comfort guarantee for their insoles, allowing customers to return their purchase within 90 days after delivery. However, the first 30 days are considered a trial period, and customers are encouraged to break in the insoles before deciding to return them. If a return is still desired after the break-in period, Fulton will process the return and offer a 100% refund. It should be noted that Fulton insoles work best in regular width shoes, and returns due to incompatibility with wide shoes will not be accepted. To exchange for a different size, customers should contact Fulton. It is recommended to size up for Fulton insoles when in between sizes. Damaged products should also be reported to them directly. Fulton processes returns within 5 business days after USPS marks the shipment as delivered.
