Freerider Co. offers a 30-day return policy for non-sale items. Customers have 720 hours to test-drive their purchase and decide if they love it. For items purchased during a sale, customers have 14 days to decide if they want to keep it. If a customer decides to return an item, it must be in its original condition, and the return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are not available for sale items. Once received, returns take 1-2 weeks to process, and a full refund will be made back to the card used for purchase.
