Freeriders is a brand that offers worldwide shipping to its customers. For customers within the UK, standard delivery is free and takes 2-4 business days. Express delivery is also available for £4.95 and takes 1-2 business days for orders placed before 12pm. For international orders to Europe, shipping takes 4-10 business days and costs £5.95. EU customers will not have to pay any additional taxes or duties for orders under €150. Please note that orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Freerider Co. offers a 30-day return policy for non-sale items. Customers have 720 hours to test-drive their purchase and decide if they love it. For items purchased during a sale, customers have 14 days to decide if they want to keep it. If a customer decides to return an item, it must be in its original condition, and the return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges are not available for sale items. Once received, returns take 1-2 weeks to process, and a full refund will be made back to the card used for purchase. Gift exchanges are available within 30 days of purchase, and faulty products should be reported to them. If an item was purchased from a retailer, the customer should contact the retailer directly for assistance.
