FOCO offers expedited shipping options for orders within the US and Canada, with a "Two Day" shipping option available for Canadian orders. Shipping is available to the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and APO/FPO addresses, with some restrictions. However, FOCO does not ship outside of North America. Free standard shipping may be available from time to time with the use of a promotional code or automatic application at checkout. The brand does not ship to P.O. boxes, US territories, international re-shippers, or businesses that forward packages to international addresses.

FOCO accepts returns or exchanges within 30 days of the shipping date for unused, unworn, and unwashed products. Refunds will be issued to the original card used for the transaction. However, undergarments, socks, swimwear, face coverings, and custom and/or personalized items cannot be returned. All products must be returned with original hangtags, instructions, and packaging. The company inspects all products upon receipt before processing a refund. If the product is missing original packaging and/or hangtags, the refund will be in the form of store credit only at the current list price. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, and the cost of the provided return label will be deducted from the return unless the product is defective, damaged, or an incorrect item was ordered.
