Fjallraven return policy
60-day return window
Fjallraven has a 60-day return policy for unused items with original tags attached. Customers can return their items in-store with their packing slip to receive their refund in 1–3 business days, or contact customer service to request a mail-in return. The company does not offer exchanges and buyers are responsible for covering shipping charges for returns outside of the continental US. Refunds for mail-in returns are processed in 7–10 business days after the package arrives at the warehouse. Items that have been used or have had their tags removed cannot be returned.
