Feastables currently ships within the US and UK only. Shipping within the US takes 7-10 business days and orders are shipped via ground shipping. Customers can expect to receive their orders within 2-5 business days after they are shipped. However, if the order includes more than 3 boxes or is a bundle, it may arrive in more than one shipment. Feastables does not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is via 2-day air.

Feastables does not accept returns or exchanges for their perishable items. However, if a customer receives the wrong items or their order is damaged or lost, they can reach out to the company for assistance. For Deez Nutz merchandise such as t-shirts, hoodies, and trucker hats, customers can exchange them within 30 days by visiting a specific portal. It is important to note that replacements cannot be provided for orders placed more than 60 days ago.
