Free shipping
ESNTLS offers free shipping to most countries, with delivery estimates ranging from 7-14 business days for the USA, UK, Canada, and Australia. For the EU region, including Germany, France, and Italy, delivery estimates are 7-20 business days. Asia also has a delivery estimate of 7-14 business day. Actual delivery time-frames may differ due to certain circumstances. During occasions like Christmas and Black Friday, delivery may be delayed due to the local postal office being inundated with parcels.
ESNTLS return policy
14-day return window
ESNTLS has a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be returned in its original packaging and unworn and unwashed. Original tags must be attached, and items covered in animal or human hair, or with smoke or strong scents, will not be accepted. Underwear cannot be returned or exchanged. It may take up to 7-10 business days for returns to be processed. A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to any international package that gets returned due to rejection, duties & taxes, or incorrect address. All items on sale are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. If an order received free underwear or socks and is returned without them, the cost of the free product will be deducted from the refund.
