Eloquii offers domestic shipping within the US with three services available, Standard (5-8 working days), Priority (2-3 working days), and Expedited (1 working day). Shipping costs vary depending on the total price of the items ordered, with a range of $8-$38. For orders over $150.01, shipping is free. International shipping is also available, with most orders arriving within 6-10 working days. Prices vary depending on the location of delivery, and the brand does not cover international duty or taxes. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders once they have shipped.
Eloquii offers a 30-day return policy for items purchased from the brand. Items must be unworn and undamaged, and any underwear or swimsuits must retain the hygienic strip for a full refund. Final sale items are not eligible for return. To return an item, customers must include the original invoice with the return and fill out a return form. Customers in the US should use the pre-paid FedEx label to ship the product, and $5 will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of the label.
