Elite Eleven has a reliable shipping policy that ensures customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed, and customers receive a confirmation email with their order number. A shipping confirmation email is also sent once the parcel has been shipped. International orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS, and take up to 1-4 full business days from the time it leaves the postal depot it originated from, depending on where the customer is located. Elite Eleven has flat shipping rates of 5.50usd to the USA and Canada, and 10usd for any other location. During sale periods, it may take a little longer for parcels to be packed and prepared.

Items can be returned within 30 days in original packaging with tags attached and in unused, saleable condition for store credit or exchange if faulty. A 20% handling fee applies if items are returned in damaged or soiled condition; free return labels are provided.
