Elite Eleven has a reliable shipping policy that ensures customers receive their orders in a timely manner. Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed, and customers receive a confirmation email with their order number. A shipping confirmation email is also sent once the parcel has been shipped. International orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS, and take up to 1-4 full business days from the time it leaves the postal depot it originated from, depending on where the customer is located. Elite Eleven has flat shipping rates of 5.50usd to the USA and Canada, and 10usd for any other location. During sale periods, it may take a little longer for parcels to be packed and prepared.

Elite Eleven prioritizes customer satisfaction and offers a flexible return policy. If an item is faulty upon receipt, it can be exchanged or refunded. If the item is not suitable, it can be returned for store credit with no expiry date. The return must be made within 45 days, and it is recommended to lodge the return within 30 days. The item must be in its original packaging with tags attached and in an unused and saleable condition. If the item is not returned in the same condition, there will be a 20% reduction in store credit as a handling fee.
