The name Elevated Faith represents how Christians are never done growing and must work hard every day to grow in their relationship with their Creator. Elevated Faith offers standard shipping options for both domestic and international orders. Customers will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once their order has been shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours handling time in addition to shipping times. Free shipping is available for orders over $75 for both USA and International destinations. Please note that import/duty costs are the responsibility of the customer for international orders. If you need to exchange an item, the time it takes to receive the exchanged product may vary depending on your location. For items over $75, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. International return postage must be paid for by the customer.

Elevated Faith offers free returns or exchanges within 35 days from the original shipping date for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received. If any part of the order arrives damaged, customers can email orders@elevatedfaith.com with a photo of the damaged items for assistance. The company incurs a $6 handling fee on all refunds. Refunds are processed within 10 business days and will be applied to the original method of payment. Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Customers can file a return on the website. Subscription items, phone cases, stickers, rings, socks, wristbands, string bracelets, keychains, masks, and all mystery items are not eligible for return or exchange due to their nature.
