ECHT may result in orders taking up to 10 business days to dispatch. The brand's delivery partner, Australia Post, is working hard to ensure that customers receive their items as quickly as possible. Customers can track their deliveries through the Australia Post mobile app or on auspost.com.au using the tracking tool. ECHT offers Protect My Order during checkout, which is a non-refundable insurance protection that covers lost/damaged items in transit and theft, but does not cover Authority to Leave parcels or incorrect addresses.

ECHT offers a 30-day return policy for all items (excluding swimwear and socks) as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. The product size label must still be intact, and items should be inspected before returning to ensure they are not damaged or dirty. Swimwear cannot be returned if the hygiene label has been removed or tampered with. If an exchange is requested but the item is out of stock or has a price difference, a store credit will be issued. Sale/outlet items can only be exchanged, not refunded. Returns beyond the 14-day period will also be accepted for exchange or store credit, but a $10 return to sender fee will be deducted from the total. The Returns Team will conduct thorough checks, and if an item is dirty or damaged, the customer will have the option to have the item returned with their shipping label or continue with the return process less a $10 damaged fee. No exceptions will be made. Customers must fill out a returns form and follow the instructions provided.
