DSquared2 offers shipping for orders placed on their website. Orders are shipped by Yoox Net-a-Porter Group for all orders placed before February 28, 2022. Customers can view their order details by logging into their account or checking their order confirmation email. A shipment confirmation email will be sent to customers with tracking information provided by the carrier. Delivery times average at 5 working days for Italy and the EU, and 8 days for all other destinations. Standard and Express Shipping are available based on the country of destination. The delivery time for orders placed in the EU (mainland) is 2 - 5 days for standard shipping and 1 - 2 days for express shipping. For all other destinations (mainland) delivery time is 5 - 8 days for standard shipping and 3 - 5 days for express shipping.

DSquared2 has a comprehensive return policy that applies to all orders. Refunds will be made after the warehouse has received and checked the return, which can take up to 10 business days. Shipping costs will be deducted from the total sum of the return refund, except for defective items. Perfumes and products from the Sexual Wellness category cannot be returned. In-store returns are possible within 14 days, and customers must ensure that the items are in the same condition as received, with all labels and packaging.
