Free shipping over $100
Dippin Daisy's offers free shipping for orders over $100 (after discounts and before taxes) for customers located in the United States. This deal is only valid for online orders and cannot be used in-store or at the showroom. Shipping is processed Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and takes 3-5 business days. Unfortunately, Dippin Daisy's does not offer free shipping for international orders, and customers are responsible for shipping costs and tariffs/duties. The brand also offers Route+ at checkout for premium package protection, which allows customers to file claims for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

30-day return window
Dippin Daisy's offers an easy return policy for online purchases of qualifying products within 30 days of the order being fulfilled. Products must be unworn and in their original condition, with tags and hygienic liners attached. Final sale items cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping labels are only available for returns made in the US with a deducted cost from the return. To start a return, customers can access the Return/Exchange portal on the website. Once the return is received at the warehouse, it takes about 2-3 days to process, and after that, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to show in the customer's account. International orders returned to Dippin Daisy's will be refunded for merchandise but not for duties, taxes, or tariffs.
