For domestic orders, Dia & Co offers a flat rate of $5 for shipping. For Dia Style Boxes, shipping is free. All orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service via Two Day Shipping. The return policy for Dia & Co allows customers to return items within 30 days of purchase, as long as they are unworn with the price tags still attached. To return a regular shop order, place the item in its original package and include a prepaid label. For style and activewear boxes, place the returns in the prepaid envelope included in the box. Returns are not accepted for any items that have been worn, or for items that have passed the 30 day return window. It typically takes Dia & Co 1-2 weeks to process a return.
