Dedicated offers a variety of shipping options for customers, with the shipping charge being added to the order and visible at checkout before finalizing the purchase. The shipping cost is based on the destination country. However, Dedicated also provides free shipping on larger orders to certain countries. For example, orders above 499 SEK in Sweden, 600 DKK in Denmark, 1000 NOK in Norway, 70 GBP in the UK, 70 EUR in Germany, 100 EUR in Europe, and 150 USD globally qualify for free shipping. Budbee Box delivery and UPS Pick Up Point are also available as free alternatives depending on the country and zip code. The specific free shipping option is determined after entering the zip code at checkout. It is important to note that home deliveries are not covered by free shipping. Additionally, German and Austrian orders are shipped from Germany, Europe, while orders from the rest of the world are sent from Sweden, Europe. Dedicated ships worldwide using DHL, UPS, Budbee Box delivery, and FedEx, depending on the country of order.

Dedicated has a generous return policy that allows customers to return a product and receive a full refund within 30 days of receiving the goods. This policy applies to all products, including swimwear, as long as the hangtags and hygienic protection are still attached to the item. However, Dedicated does not accept returns of processed, damaged, or used products, and purchased gift cards cannot be returned.

To return an order shipped with Budbee, customers can go to their order in the Budbee app or via the tracking link on the received order. They can then click on the "Book a return" button and choose which box to leave the parcel in. Budbee will add a return slip when picking up the parcel. If a return label is needed, customers can contact Dedicated and they will receive one via email. The customer is responsible for paying the return fee, which will be deducted from the refund of the order.

It is important to note that returns should be sent back to the same warehouse they were shipped from. German and Austrian orders should be returned to Germany, while orders from the rest of the world should be returned to Sweden. The addresses can be found at the bottom of the Dedicated website.

For returns from non-EU countries, three copies of the invoice must be placed in a plastic AWB pouch and made visible on the outside of the return packaging to ensure customs clearance. Dedicated does not take responsibility for any returns where this requirement has not been followed and does not cover any unforeseen expenses.

Upon return, it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the customer's account. In the event of misdelivery or a claim, Dedicated will cover the return postage. However, it is important to note that Dedicated cannot refund an amount higher than the original order total.
