Decolet the label offers a straightforward shipping policy. All orders placed with the brand are processed within 2 days. It is important for customers to ensure that their billing and payment information is accurate to avoid any delays in shipment. For domestic orders within the United States, Decolet offers free shipping on orders over $200. For all other orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. It is important to note that international shipping may be subject to additional customs fees, which are the responsibility of the receiver. All customers are required to pay for all items and fees in full before the shipment is received.
Decolet the label has a return and exchange policy for domestic orders. Customers can return or exchange their items within 10 days of receiving their order. To qualify for a return or exchange, the garments must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. There should be no visible signs of use, such as deodorant stains or perfume scents. The items should also be returned in their original packaging and must have the original tags and hygienic liners. Non-qualified returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense. Final sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. To initiate a return, customers need to email info@decoletthelabel.com with their order number and reason for return. Decolet the label will provide a pre-paid shipping label. Once the return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified by email regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and issued to the original method of payment within a certain amount of days. For international orders, Decolet the label does not accept returns or exchanges.
