Decathlon offers free shipping within the United States for orders over $35, with exclusions for large items or accessories, clearance and on sale items, and orders qualified as wholesale/pro sale. Oversized shipping charges will be applied to most heavy or large items in the order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by weather delays or other unforeseen circumstances. Shipping of orders for bike or fitness equipment may take up to 1 week to be shipped. Currently, Decathlon only ships to the 48 contiguous states in the USA + DC.

Decathlon offers a 90-day return policy for most items purchased on their website, with a few exceptions. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in new condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. Safety and lifesaving equipment, clearance and final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Non-clearance clothing and footwear qualify for free returns, while non-bulky, non-apparel items carry a flat restocking fee of $4.99. Large and/or heavy items such as bikes, tents, home gym equipment, and surfboards will have an adjusted return shipping fee.
