Cuts offers a Premium Shipping Protection option for just $1.50 to protect your parcel from being lost or damaged during transit. If your shipment is marked as delivered but you have not received it, Cuts will replace it after allowing up to 5 working days for delivery. If items arrive damaged in transit or some of your order is missing, contact Cuts immediately with photographic evidence of tampered items. However, Cuts does not cover missing parcels or redelivery fees due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, delays in transit, unfulfilled or unshipped orders, orders stuck in customs, or missing items that were left outside the property. If you select Premium Shipping Protection, you agree to the terms and the policy is nonrefundable. If you do not select Premium Shipping Protection, Cuts will follow the claims policy with your selected courier to locate your parcel or deem it as lost, which may take 6-8 weeks.

Cuts offers a return or exchange for unworn products within 20 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their barcoded individual black bag. Shipping costs are non-refundable and refunds are issued to the original form of payment only. Accessory items, including masks, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Cuts partners with Happy Returns to provide a safe and seamless return experience, with over 4,600 drop-off locations nationwide.
