Cuitu offers an estimated delivery time of 2-14 working days for all orders. To ensure sustainability, some items may be produced after an order is placed. In these cases, production starts immediately and the item is guaranteed to be delivered as soon as possible. Shipping is free of charge to EU and EEC addresses and is included in the total price of the product. For orders outside the EU or EEC, customers are advised to contact info@wearecuitu.com to negotiate shipping terms on a case-by-case basis. Customers from the UK and Switzerland are responsible for any duties, customs, and taxes levied by their respective countries. Finnish Posti and its international equivalents are used for deliveries, and customers will receive an email notification when their package is about to arrive. The package will be delivered to the nearest post office, with the possibility of using other carriers or operators if necessary.
Cuitu offers a 14-day return and money-back guarantee. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the return is accepted, the customer will receive shipping instructions on how and where to send the package.
