Orders typically ship within 2-4 days of the order date, with estimated transit times ranging from 1-6 business days depending on the shipping method selected. However, delivery times to AK, HI, PO Boxes, PR, VI, or APO/FPO/DPO may take longer. Crocs does not offer Saturday delivery and some shipping methods are not available to PO Boxes, PR, VI, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Sales tax is calculated based on the ship-to address for domestic orders.

Items can be returned for a full refund, excluding shipping charges, within 45 business days of purchase as long as they are unworn and unwashed. Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, and products created for collaborations or special events can only be returned if they are defective or flawed. Returns take up to 10-14 business days to process after the package is received, and it may take additional time to post the refund to the customer's account depending on their bank or financial institution.
