Creality3D Printers shipping policy
Creality3D Printers have a detailed shipping policy that varies depending on the location of the customer and the weight of the product. Processing time is separate from delivery time, which is estimated to be 3-7 business days for standard shipping. For out of stock products in the US/EU warehouse, shipping can take up to 30-35 business days from the China warehouse. Shipping fees range from free to $200, depending on the product and location. Customers in some areas may be required to pay duties. There are also weight restrictions on some products, such as the CR-10S5 and Ender-5 PLUS.

Creality3D Printers offers a 1-year warranty on their products and provides after-sale customer service for any quality issues. Customers can cancel their order before shipping and receive a refund within 5-8 business days. Any product returned without acceptance will not be refunded. Cut to size items and special orders may not be returned unless it was provided in error by Creality3D Printers.
