Cozyland's shipping policy indicates that all orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. For overnight orders, customers must place orders before 2 p.m. EST to receive same-day shipping. International orders may take 10-15 business days for delivery. The brand does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or National Bank Holidays. If a customer orders custom embroidery, they must allow an additional 14 business days for handling time.

Cozyland accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase as long as the item is in its original condition and packaging. Sale items are only eligible for return or exchange if marked down by 50% or less. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a clear internal defect. International returns are the responsibility of the customer, and the company does not provide shipping labels for these returns. To initiate a return, customers must email info@wearecozyland.com for a return label, affix it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at the nearest shipping location or schedule a pick up. It takes 7-10 business days for returns to be processed and appear on the customer's credit card statement.
