Coterie currently ships to all 50 states in the US, but cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO and FPO addresses. Free standard shipping is available for orders over $49 to the 48 contiguous United States, while trial packs and orders under $49 incur a $7.50 shipping fee. Express shipping is also available for $25. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii, only express shipping is available for $25, with most orders arriving within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 12:00 pm local time generally ship the same day from either the CA or NJ warehouse. Standard shipping via UPS Ground Residential has a transit time of 2 to 5 business days, while orders under $49 and Trial Pack orders ship via UPS Sure Post with a transit time of 7 to 14 business days. Customers can also choose to expedite their orders using Express shipping for $25 with UPS 2nd Day Air.

Coterie does not currently accept returns, but if the size purchased is too small, customers can apply the cost of any unopened packs to their next order on a limited basis. Exchanges for a smaller size are not offered, but customers can use the bigger size in the future as children grow into it.
