International shipping is also available to over 200 countries, with customers able to select their country and currency on the Corkcicle website. International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns.
Corkcicle offers free returns for items purchased on their website within 30 days of purchase for new, unused products in their original packaging. International customers will need to pay for shipping the product back to Corkcicle. Exchanges are not available at this time. Items damaged due to normal wear and tear, improper care, or abuse will not be replaced. However, items damaged due to a manufacturer’s defect are eligible for replacement.
