Commonry is an Australian brand that offers both standard and express delivery options for domestic orders. For orders under $100 AUD, standard delivery costs $7.50 AUD and takes 3-7 business days from dispatch. Orders over $100 AUD qualify for free standard delivery. Express delivery costs $10.00 AUD and takes 2-3 business days from dispatch. All parcels delivered domestically will not require a signature and will be left in a secure place upon delivery. For international orders, Commonry delivers to a variety of countries and offers free delivery for orders over $200 AUD. However, customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes and customs duties for their orders. Delivery estimates for international orders range from 4-10 business days. Customs inspections may result in delivery estimate delays.

Commonry offers a flexible returns policy, allowing customers to exchange, receive a credit note or refund on full price items or exchange faulty, unfit or different sale or outlet products. For online purchases, refunds or exchanges can be made in-store or online, excluding orders using Afterpay, Zip or Openpay. Change of mind refunds and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is in original condition, with tags attached and proof of purchase. However, underwear, swimwear and jewellery cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Afterpay purchases can be returned to the Commonry Online returns warehouse or in-store. Faulty products can also be returned for an exchange or refund, subject to inspection by a Commonry staff member. Commonry reserves the right not to accept the return of a faulty product due to damage caused by neglect, misuse or usual wear and tear. International purchases can be sent back to the online returns facility at the customer’s own cost. Commonry products purchased at department stores are subject to the store’s returns policy.
