Comme Si ships all orders via USPS within the US, with the option to choose UPS as an additional domestic shipping option. International orders are shipped via DHL and UPS. Processing time takes 1-2 business days. The brand does not require a signature for delivery and is not responsible for lost or stolen items after a successful delivery. However, customers can email info@commesi.com if they require a signature for delivery. Comme Si offers free shipping for orders over $75 within the US. Expedited shipping options are available for both domestic and international orders.

Comme Si accepts returns of new items within 15 days of receiving the order. The items must be in unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with the tag still attached. To initiate a return, customers must email info@commesi.com with their order number, details, and reason for return. For US orders, a $9.95 restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover return processing costs. For bulk orders, the full value of return shipping may be charged at the company's discretion. International orders are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once the item(s) are received and inspected, refunds will be credited back to the original form of purchase, minus any restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
