Cloud Sharks has a shipping policy that includes a 1-2 business day processing time followed by a 1-3 business day delivery time for domestic orders in the USA. Shipping costs are $3.95 for orders below $50, but free for orders above $50. International orders have a longer delivery time of 15-20 business days. Orders placed after 12pm EST will begin processing the following business day. Customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once their order has shipped, containing tracking information. If tracking information is not received within 3 business days, customers are advised to contact the brand.

Cloud Sharks offers a 30-day return policy for their products. Customers can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving their Cloud Sharks. A prepaid shipping label will be provided for the return shipment via USPS Priority Mail. Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be applied to the original method of payment within 5 business days. A $5 deduction will be made from the refund for return shipping. Cloud Sharks also offers free exchanges. Defective products can be replaced or refunded within 30 days of receipt. However, Cloud Sharks is not responsible for any products that are damaged after being worn.
