Cider offers free shipping on orders of $49 or more to a number of different countries. Domestic orders under $49 will cost $7 and take 5-7 business days while express shipping is a flat rate of $16 and takes 4-5 business days for delivery. Cider offers free returns within the US, as long as the process is started within 14 days of receiving the items. An international customer will have to cover their own shipping costs to send items back. The items must be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached) and shipping costs will not be refunded. It takes around 7 business days for the return to show up on the bank statement. Items that are used, washed, or without tags cannot be returned.
