Car Tots ships the large majority of their items from their warehouse using FedEx. Shipping times vary depending on the location, with most items arriving within one week of the order being placed, although it can take up to 10 calendar days for the most southeastern parts of the country. If a product is returned, there will be a 20% restocking fee assessed and no refund of original shipping fees paid. The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping fees. All warranty claims must be submitted via email to the company before the warranty period is over and are for replacement parts only.
