Car Tots ships the large majority of their items from their warehouse using FedEx. Shipping times vary depending on the location, with most items arriving within one week of the order being placed, although it can take up to 10 calendar days for the most southeastern parts of the country. The brand tries to avoid express shipping due to the high cost, although they may offer it for special events if contacted by email.
Car Tots has a strict return policy. Ride on cars, ride on trucks, scooters, and other vehicles that children, teens, or adults sit in or ride on are not eligible for returns as they are covered via warranty through the manufacturer. Customized merchandise and parts are not returnable for any reason and are not refundable. If a product is returned, there will be a 20% restocking fee assessed and no refund of original shipping fees paid. The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping fees. All warranty claims must be submitted via email to the company before the warranty period is over and are for replacement parts only. If any items cannot be returned, it will be stated explicitly in the product description. Car Tots does not offer refunds for missing parts on express shipments, but they will send the missing parts as quickly as possible.
