Busnel offers free shipping on orders above 3000 SEK/300 €/3000 NOK. For orders below this threshold, shipping costs are 129 SEK (Sweden), 150 NOK (Norway), or 15 € (rest of world). Delivery times vary by region with Norway receiving UPS delivery in 3-7 working days.
Busnel return policy
14-day return window
Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving the order in original condition with all labels and packaging. A return-shipping fee of 129 SEK/150 NOK/15 € is deducted from the refund, which is issued within 5-10 working days to the original payment method.
