Bombinate offers international shipping options with charges and delivery estimates varying depending on the buyer's location. For orders over £250/€300/$350 shipping to the UK and EU countries, shipping is free and all duties and import costs are covered. For orders under the specified amount, there is a shipping charge of £15 or the equivalent in other currencies. Estimated delivery dates are provided on product pages and may vary depending on the manufacturing and preparation process, transit time with the shipping carrier, and today's date. Once an order is placed, Bombinate will email the buyer the tracking information (when available) and estimated delivery date.
Bombinate's return policy allows customers to return orders within 30 days of delivery. Returns within the UK are free, while international customers are responsible for the shipping method and cost, but they will receive a £20 credit once the return has been received. To return an item, customers must visit their Account section on Bombinate and follow the instructions. Unfortunately, made-to-order products cannot be returned. It is not specified how long it takes for the company to process a return.
