Black Lines offers shipping within the UK and delivery is estimated to be within 30 days after the date of the Dispatch Confirmation. If the delivery driver cannot leave the order in a safe place or with a neighbour, a card will be left with details on how to reschedule delivery or collect the order. If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts and no attempt was made to contact the brand or courier, a standard delivery charge will be applied for re-sending the order. Black Lines does not offer international delivery, but orders can be placed from outside the UK as long as the delivery address is within the UK.
