Birdy Grey offers shipping domestically and internationally. In the US, standard shipping on dresses is $10, gifts and accessories is $5, and swatches is $3-$5. Expedited shipping is $19 and priority shipping is $29. In Canada, standard shipping on any order is $42 and swatches is $15. Internationally, standard shipping on orders is $70 and swatches is $25. All shipments made outside of the US are final sale. For orders over $50, Birdy Grey offers free standard shipping in the US and Canada.
Birdy Grey offers returns and exchanges within 45 days of delivery. If it's an exchange, they won't charge shipping and will give you $10 to cover the cost. If it's a return, they'll provide a shipping label and deduct $10 for a restocking fee. All items must be unwashed, unworn, and have their original tags. To initiate the return/exchange, go to the Returns Portal and follow the instructions. It takes roughly a week to get your money back. Alternatively, you can return items in person to a Happy Returns Bar near you. Items such as final sale items, personalized items, and items that have been washed/worn are not eligible for return or exchange.
