Birdies offers free ground shipping within the contiguous US with estimated delivery time of 3 to 8 business days. Expedited shipping is also available for $25 with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days. For U.S. territories, a shipping fee of $25 will be added at checkout, and delivery is estimated to arrive within 2 to 5 business days. For international shipping, Birdies currently ships to Canada, the UK, and Australia with shipping costs of $10 to Canada and the UK, and $20 to Australia. Delivery time for international orders is estimated to take 7 to 15 days. All shipping charges are non-refundable, and duties and taxes will be charged at checkout to avoid any delays in delivery.

Birdies offers a 30-day return or exchange policy for their shoes. The company issues a refund to the original form of payment once they receive the goods. If the shoes came with a dust bag, customers must include it with their return, or the total refund will be deducted. Monogrammed Birdies and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Birdies does not accept returns or exchanges for monogrammed orders unless there is a defect in the shoes. For returns from Canada, the customer must pay a $20.00 USD shipping and handling fee via Canada Post, and all duties, taxes, and shipping fees are nonrefundable. Birdies does not offer exchanges on Canadian orders and asks customers to return the order for a refund. For returns from the UK or Australia, the customer is responsible for shipping the return to Birdies at their own cost, and shipping fees, duties, and taxes are nonrefundable. Birdies does not offer exchanges on international orders.
