Bee Inspired offers shipping to various locations, and customers can see an accurate delivery time and cost in their currency at the checkout page. The cut off for next day delivery is Mon-Fri 3pm GMT/BST. If customers do not receive their order, they can contact the support team within 7 days of not receiving their parcels to open an investigation with the courier. If customers need to change their address, they can email the support team, but note that the change of address can delay the delivery by up to two weeks. There is no information available on any shipping deals or costs for purchases over a certain price. It is unclear if there are any differences between domestic and international shipping.

Bee Inspired allows customers to return any unworn and still tagged items within 30 days of purchase. The order postage amount will not be refunded. To return an item, customers can use the international returns portal located in their customer account or create an account with the same email address used as a guest. It is recommended to send returns through tracked post and it can take 7-14 days for the return to be processed. Currently, Bee Inspired does not offer exchanges and can only provide refunds. Any items placed between 1st November 2022 and 13th January 2023 can be returned if still tagged and unworn.
