AWAN (As We Are Now) offers a convenient shipping policy for their customers. For all orders within the EU, they provide free shipping for orders above €130. For orders under €130, there is a shipping cost of €13. The final price includes all taxes and duties. US and Canada orders have a flat shipping cost of $20, which includes taxes and duties. Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation via email. AWAN aims to fulfill orders within 1-3 working days. Once the order is shipped, customers will receive a second confirmation email with the shipping carrier and parcel tracking number. The delivery time depends on the chosen delivery option. All EU orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden. For shipping within Nordic countries, there is free standard delivery within Sweden with Postnord for orders above 1400 SEK. For orders under 1400 SEK, the shipping cost is 99 SEK. Delivery time is estimated to be 2-3 working days. For the rest of the EU and the US, free shipping is offered for orders above €130. For orders under €130, the shipping cost is €11. Delivery time is estimated to be 2-3 working days, and the parcel is delivered straight to the customer's door. In some countries, customers may have the option to change the delivery method while the parcel is in transit. For the rest of the world, express shipping is available at a charge of approximately $25. Delivery time is estimated to be 2-3 working days, and the parcel is delivered straight to the customer's door. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will either be taken to a service point for pickup or a second delivery attempt will be made the next day.

AWAN (As We Are Now) has a 30 day return policy. Any returns must be shipped or postmarked within 30 days of being received. Customers can either exchange their returned item(s) for new item(s) or receive a refund. The brand accepts returns for items that are in resalable condition with all garment tags still attached and intact. The products should be sent back in the packaging they came with. Within the Nordic countries, returns have a flat fee of 100 SEK with PostNord. For EU and US orders (except the Nordic countries), returns have a flat fee of 200 SEK/$19/€17, excluding taxes and duties. Customers outside the US and the European Union are responsible for organizing and paying for the return shipping. Any potential customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable by AWAN. In case of an exchange, AWAN will cover the shipping cost of any replacement item(s).
