Avaline is responsible for processing and shipping all orders. They use FedEx and GSO for ground and air shipping, respectively. Shipping costs include packaging materials, and insurance may be available for an additional charge. Once the wine is picked up by the carrier, it becomes the customer's responsibility, and Avaline will not replace wine damaged during shipment due to weather conditions. Avaline cannot ship wine to certain states due to direct-shipping laws and regulations, and the list of states may change at any time.
