Ardene’s Shipping Policy
Ardene offers free standard shipping to Ardene Rewards members and to non-members on purchases of $60 or more, before taxes and discounts. Standard processing time for orders is 3 to 5 business days, and delivery times vary based on location and chosen shipping method. During busy periods, delays may occur, and shipping confirmation is provided via email once the order is shipped. Standard shipping is free for Level 3 members, free for orders over $20 for Level 2 members, free for orders over $50 for Level 1 members, and free for orders over $60 for non-members, otherwise, a fee of $7.99 applies. Express shipping costs $15 for all. Orders to air stage postal codes incur a $50 fee, and orders to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut have a $25 fee, both without free shipping eligibility. Ardene ships only within Canada and offers a "Ship to store" and "Ship to Canada Post location" option, both with the same shipping fee as standard shipping. Orders must be picked up with a photo ID, and uncollected orders will be returned and refunded. Tracking is available on Ardene's website using the order number and postal code.
Ardene’s Return Policy
Ardene offers a 30-day return and exchange policy, requiring the original receipt. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be purchased within the last 30 days, unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags attached. Items discounted at 70% or more, gift cards, bras, sports bras, underwear, swimwear (without hygienic liner), earrings, body jewelry, charity accessories, cosmetics, masks, face coverings, personal care products, items under $5, and final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable. Defective products can be reported to customer service. Refunds are issued based on the sale price, including applicable taxes, and are credited to the original payment method. Online returns do not refund original shipping charges. Exchanges must be made in-store with the receipt; liquidation stores do not accept exchanges or returns. Returns by mail for in-store purchases are not accepted. A $5 restocking fee applies to mailed returns, except for Level 3 Ardene Rewards members. Returned items must meet eligibility criteria, and non-eligible returns will not be refunded or sent back. To return by mail, print the return label from Canada Post using return ID Number PR356189, pack the item with tags and proof of purchase in a bag, and drop it off at a Canada Post location. Refund confirmation will be sent via email once processed.
