APL offers complimentary FedEx Ground shipment for orders shipped to all 50 U.S. States including P.O. Boxes and U.S. Territories. However, shipments to Hawaii and Alaska are calculated by weight and shipment method. The brand also provides free ground shipping and returns for the U.S. only. Taxes are charged according to the local and state rates of the shipping location. Customers can track their order by logging in to the My Account page or by clicking on the tracking link provided in the email. For international orders, APL calculates and guarantees the lowest possible order total in the preferred currency, including any applicable duties and taxes, as determined by the destination's customs authority. A flat shipping rate of $20 USD will also be added to the order total. Customers will receive an email with order confirmation and tracking number after placing the order. APL offers a flexible return policy for their athletic footwear and slides. All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place within 10 days of receiving them. This includes all packaging, accessories, and dust bags if included. A return address must be included, and any delivery or non-receipt issues must be reported within 5 days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment and may take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on the statement. Shipping is not refundable, and worn shoes or shoes that do not come with original packaging, tags, and accessories are not eligible for a refund. APL reserves the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition and/or beyond the communicated return period limit. For international returns, a prepaid DHL return shipping label is provided, and all items must be processed for a return within 10 days of receiving them. International orders cannot be exchanged.
