Anatomie offers both domestic and international shipping. Domestic orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on customer selection at checkout on business days, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2 PM EST on weekdays will be processed the same day and shipped within 24 hours pending product availability and credit card verification. International orders are shipped via DHL, and the customer is responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on any orders in addition to shipping charges. Anatomie offers free ground shipping during holiday shopping and free shipping for international orders over Rs153,000. For international orders under Rs153,000, there is a flat rate of Rs15,300. Free ground shipping is available for military addresses. Delivery methods include UPS ground, 3-day select, 2-day, and next day air, with varying delivery times.
Anatomie offers a return policy for full-priced, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, non-final-sale items with all tags attached for exchange or refund within 30 days of the order date.
