Free ground shipping is available on orders over $100. Due to increased demand, orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship.
Allbirds return policy
Items purchased between November 1, 2025 and December 24, 2025 can be returned until January 16, 2026. Unworn, unwashed items with original tags can be returned or exchanged, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs and paid shipping fees are not refunded. Final sale items including gift cards, insoles, and items tagged final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
