Expedited orders must be placed before noon to receive the next business day. For international orders, the brand provides two shipping services: International Priority Fully Landed Cost and International Priority Customs Not Included. The former covers all shipping costs, including customs and duties, while the latter only covers the shipping cost, with customs and duties billed separately by the destination country's customs agency. If a package is lost in transit, Alex Crane provides store credit or a replacement product instead of a refund.
