Orders placed over the weekend will not be processed until the following business day. Customers have the option of purchasing Corso package protection and carbon offset to protect their orders against theft, damage, and carrier mishandling, but the brand is not liable for any lost or stolen packages or packages that arrive damaged. Customers will receive a tracking link via email when their Yana pillow is out for delivery. If orders are not showing movement, customers are advised to wait 7 days before contacting hi@yanasleep.com.
Yana offers a refund and return policy for their products. For unopened and unused items, a full refund can be requested within 45 days of purchase, excluding the shipping cost. Return shipping will be paid by the customer, and refunds will only be issued after the item has been received and inspected. Processing time for the refund can take up to 60 days. For opened but undamaged items, a partial refund can be requested within 45 days of purchase, minus a 20% restocking fee. The same conditions apply for return shipping and processing time.
