Tracking information can take 3-5 business days to update even after your order has already been shipped. In case you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately to get to you faster, and you may receive one item before the next. Wonder Dream guarantees delivery of all orders and if orders are not received due to circumstances beyond their control, a replacement item will be ordered and shipped to the original Shipping Address listed at the time the original order was placed.
