Weezie offers shipping to all 50 states in the US and Puerto Rico. Shipping options are available at checkout, and customers will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as their order ships. Orders may be split into multiple boxes or bags depending on the size of the order. Shipping to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO address may cause delays. We generally ship via UPS, Fedex, or USPS. For custom embroidered items, additional processing time is required before shipping.

Weezie accepts returns for non-customized items that are unused and unwashed, but used items, final sale items, and customized purchases cannot be returned. Items purchased during the Birthday Sale can only be exchanged for store credit. There may be other restrictions for special promotions, so customers should check their packing slip. The return window is generally 30 days from receiving the order, but a longer return window may be designated for high volume times like the holiday season.
