Uprise Art offers free domestic shipping for artworks under $800. Shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping address and an artwork's dimensions, weight, and value. Small, medium, and large artworks are packed individually and shipped via FedEx (domestic) or DHL (international). Oversized artworks are shipped white-glove, and customers can receive a custom quote either by checking out with the artwork or by emailing the team. International customers can select their country and check-out, after which they will receive a custom shipping quote for approval before processing the order. Artwork can also be picked up at no cost from the brand's gallery in New York. Framing and shipping times vary by artwork, and customers can include special requests for delivery in their cart.

Uprise Art has a strict no return policy. All sales are final, and customers cannot return any purchased artwork. However, in rare cases where the artwork has been damaged or lost during transit, customers should contact orders@upriseart.com within 5 days of receiving the artwork. The original packaging must be retained as it is often needed for filing claims with shippers.
