Merged with Serta Simmons Bedding in 2018, the brand offers free shipping, returns donated to local charities, affordable prices, and financing options with Afterpay.

Tuft & Needle offers two shipping speeds for domestic orders within the US: Standard shipping, which is free, and Same-day Shipping. Shipping times vary depending on the size and location of the order, and Same-day Shipping prices are based on the customer's location. All shipments will receive an email with tracking information for customers to follow, and orders over $100 will receive free Same-day Shipping. Unfortunately, Tuft & Needle does not offer international shipping at this time.

Tuft & Needle offers a 100-Night Trial for customers to test out their new mattresses. If the mattress does not work, customers can return it by filling out the Return Form on the Return Portal section of the website and submitting it to Tuft & Needle. They will then provide donation locations to select from, or customers can suggest an alternative location. Once the donation is picked up, customers must upload a scanned copy of the donation receipt and send it via the return link provided. The refund process will take 5 to 10 days. All returned mattresses are donated to a local charity or non-profit. No other items can be returned.
