Small packages ship with standard parcel carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, or FedEx, with transit times ranging from 5-7 business days depending on the destination. A signature is required for packages valued over $200. Large or heavy furniture pieces require shipping by trusted freight carriers, with delivery appointments scheduled once the order is ready for delivery. Transit timeframes for freight shipments are typically 1-3 weeks depending on the destination. TRNK NYC ships within the continental US using standard ground shipping from a variety of carriers, but unfortunately, they do not offer international shipping at this time.

TRNK NYC allows returns on certain items marked as "refundable" within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, undamaged condition. Customers can choose to receive store credit with free return shipping, or opt for a return to their original form of payment with a restocking fee equivalent to 15% of the item's full retail price before discounts or promotions. The brand does not reimburse for the original cost of shipping. Customers must email customerservice@trnk-nyc.com for any order-related issue, concern, or dissatisfaction. The brand has a damage policy, and customers must refuse delivery with the shipping provider if the shipping carton is visibly damaged from the outside, and contact TRNK customer service within 24 hours of delivery. TRNK NYC requires signatures on packages valued above $200 and all orders that ship USPS Express or UPS 2nd Day Air.
