About The Little Market

The Little Market was founded in 2012 by Lauren Conrad and Hannah Skvarla, with a mission to empower artisans and producer groups in underserved communities around the world by extending their products' distribution. This nonprofit, fair trade organization is committed to upholding the dignity of artisans, celebrating their cultural techniques and traditions, and bringing attention to social justice and human rights issues faced by their communities. The Little Market works closely with artisan and producer groups around the globe to source ethical, eco-conscious gifts, accessories, and home décor. They ethically source from the most underserved groups including individuals living in poverty, people with disabilities, women transitioning out of homelessness, refugees, survivors of trafficking, and domestic violence. Every purchase made at The Little Market makes a difference in the lives of these communities.

The Little Market's Shipping Policy

The Little Market processes and ships orders within an estimated 5-7 business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and U.S. nationally observed holidays. Customers shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories can select their preferred shipping method during checkout, with orders typically processed in 5-7 business days and shipped within an estimated 7-10 business days. Additional customs charges, fees, or taxes may be due upon delivery, which customers are responsible for. The brand offers complimentary in-warehouse pickup for online orders.

The Little Market's Return Policy

The Little Market accepts returns and exchanges for international shipments, but unfortunately international orders do not qualify for replacement shipping. All products are considered final sale, but damaged, defective, or erroneously shipped items must be reported within 10 days of receipt with visual proof emailed to concierge@thelittlemarket.com. The company is not responsible for damages, delays, or losses during the transport of products that are not packaged and shipped by The Little Market. Gift receipts are required for all gift returns, and returns may be refused at management's discretion. Shipping costs on returns are the responsibility of the customer or gift recipient, and taxes charged will be included with the store credit in accordance with state laws. Items that cannot be returned include discounted and promotional items, hair accessories, face masks, earrings, food items, reusable straws, gift wrapping, personalized, monogrammed, and custom candles, custom totes, spa products, charity collaborations, and holiday-themed items such as ornaments and garlands. After receipt of a return, The Little Market will process the refund to the original form of payment within 5 to 7 business days. Fragile items should be packed with the protective materials received with the package, and items must arrive undamaged, unwashed, and unused to be eligible for a return. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased in-store may not be returned via post.
