The Inside offers shipping for all products, except for sofas and sectionals, via FedEx. Shipping charges are based on the order total and range from $6.95 to 10% of the order total. Accent chairs have a flat rate charge of $99, while dining chairs have a shipping charge of 15% for unassembled and 20% for assembled delivery. Oversized products may incur a fee of $15. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take 11-15 business days, with an additional shipping fee per product. For sofas and sectionals, White Glove Delivery is available at a cost of $249 and $269, respectively. Unfortunately, The Inside does not currently offer international shipping.
The Inside accepts returns within 30 days of delivery, but the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 days, and the original packaging should be used wherever possible. However, peel and stick wallpaper can only be returned if it is unopened.
