Free shipping applies to bedding and bath textiles in the contiguous 48 US states and DC. All other product categories have tiered shipping charges based on order total, ranging from $14-$54 for standard US shipping, with additional costs for expedited, Alaska/Hawaii, and Canada delivery.
The Citizenry return policy
30-day return window
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery; final sale items are ineligible. Returns for store credit and exchanges are free (except white glove items), but refund returns incur restocking fees: $0 for bedding/bath only, $10 for most orders, $50 for oversized items, or 15% for white glove oversized items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
